സ്വദേശം പന്തളം. ഭാര്യയും രണ്ടു കുട്ടികളും അപ്പനും അമ്മയും അടങ്ങുന്ന കുടുംബം നേരേ ചൊവ്വേ നടത്തിക്കൊണ്ടു പോകുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടി സൌദിഅറേബ്യയിലെ റിയാദില്‍ ഒരു ഫര്‍ണിച്ചര്‍ കമ്പനിയില്‍ ഡിസൈനര്‍ ആയി ജോലി നോക്കുന്നു. അപ്പനും അമ്മയും ഇട്ട 'ഷാജി.കെ.വര്‍ഗീസ്‌' എന്ന പേര് മറച്ചു പിടിച്ച് 'ആന്‍സണ്‍' എന്ന തൂലികാനാമവും പേറി, വായില്‍ വരുന്നത് കോതക്ക് പാട്ട് എന്ന രീതിയില്‍ മനസ്സില്‍ തോന്നുന്നതൊക്കെ കടലാസില്‍ കുറിക്കുന്നു. ചിലതിനെ കവിതയെന്നും ചിലതിനെ കഥയെന്നും രണ്ടിലും പെടാത്തതിനെ പാട്ടെന്നും വിളിക്കും.
A native of Panthalam. Managing a family of three, wife and two kids which also includes father and mother, working as a designer in an interior & furniture company in Saudi Arabia. Loves to be known as "Anson", eventhough the real name by the parents is Shaji K Vargheese. An ardent lover of music, finds solace in penning down lyrics for songs, poems and stories.
