വരിയേക്കാളും ഈണത്തേക്കാളും ഓർക്കസ്‌ട്രേഷനേക്കാളും ഇഷ്ടമായത് ഡോ. ഹരിദാസിന്റെ ആലാപനമാണ്. കേൾക്കാൻ ഇമ്പമുള്ള ശബ്ദവും ഭാവവും.

നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട്. എങ്കിലും പോളിയ്ക്ക് ഇതിലുമേറെ കഴിയുമായിരുന്നു.

ഓണം അടിസ്ഥാനപരമായി ഒരു അറ്റ്മോസ്‌ഫിയർ ആണെന്നുള്ള എം ടി വാസുദേവൻ നായർ നിരീക്ഷണമോർമ്മിപ്പിച്ച രചന. ഓണച്ചിന്തിലും വള്ളപ്പാട്ടിലും തിത്തിത്താരയിലും അല്ല, " ഇത്തിരിപ്പൂക്കളെത്തൊട്ടു നിൽക്കുന്ന ഉത്രാടരാവിന്റെ പ്രേമത്തിലൊ"ക്കെയാണ് ചാന്ദ്നി ഗാനന്റെ കണ്ണ്. ഓണത്തിന്റെ ഉള്ളടരുകളെ തൊടുന്ന ഇമേജറികളിലാണ് ആദ്യമുടക്കി നിന്നത്.
ആദ്യത്തെ സ്വരങ്ങളില്ലെങ്കിലും പാട്ടിനു വലിയ പ്രശ്നമൊന്നും തോന്നുന്നില്ല. രണ്ടുപേരുടേയും ആലാപനം നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ഓണക്കാസറ്റിനു തിലകം ചാർത്തുന്ന പതിവുചന്തങ്ങളിലൊന്ന്. ചന്തമില്ലെന്നല്ല, പക്ഷേ പതിവു ചന്തമാണ് :)
ഷെയ്ക്ക് ഹാൻഡ് രതീഷ് കുമാറിനാണ്. സൗഖ്യമാന കുരൽ. അച്ചടക്കമുള്ള പാട്ടുവഴി. അഭിനന്ദനങ്ങൾ രതീഷ്.
ഈണത്തേക്കാളും കല്ലുകടിയായി തോന്നിയത് ഓർക്കസ്ട്രേഷനാണ്. ആദ്യചരണശേഷമുള്ള വെസ്റ്റേൺ ബീറ്റുകളും തുടർന്നു വന്ന ചരണത്തിന്റെ പശ്ചാത്തലവും തെക്കുവടക്ക് ഫീൽ. ആദ്യത്തെത്തെതിലും ഫ്ലൂട്ടിന്റെ കുഞ്ഞുസാനിദ്ധ്യം തന്നെ ഒരു ഏച്ട്ട്റ്റു പോലെ.
ഓണമല്ലേ, നിശിക്കു കിടക്കട്ടെ ആദ്യത്തെ ഓണത്തല്ല് :)
Orchestration starts with a different pattern which sounds good,singer has done a neat job.Overall great performance from the team. ponkaniyaa~~y sounds real great.

ആകെ മൊത്തം ടോട്ടൽ നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട്. പൂക്കളെ ഇഴപേർത്തു നോക്കുന്നതിലെ അനൗചിത്യത്തെ മാനിക്കുന്നു :)
ശിങ്കാരിമേളമില്ലാതെ ആധുനികമലയാളിക്ക് എന്തര് ഓണം ? :))
അടുത്ത കാലത്തു കേട്ട മനോഹരമായ ഗാനങ്ങളിലൊന്ന്. ലളിതമായ വരികളും അതിലേറെ ലളിതമായ ഈണവും. കിരൺ പറഞ്ഞപോലെ ബഹുവ്രീഹി ട്രിക്ക്സ് ഏറെയുണ്ടെങ്കിലും :)
ചരണത്തിനു നൽകിയ ഈണമാണ് ഏറെ ആകർഷിച്ചത്. ചരണങ്ങളിലെ അവസാനം നൽകിയ പ്ലാനും :)
നിശിയുടെ വരികളിൽ മുൻപു മുതലേ സംഭോഗശൃംഗാരത്തിന്റെ ഗുണപരമായ ഉപയോഗമുണ്ട്. ഈ ഗാനത്തിൽ അതു കൂടുതൽ സാന്ദ്രമായിരിക്കുന്നു. അൽപ്പം കൂടി ആയാൽ അമിതമാകുമെന്നു തോന്നുന്നിടത്തു പേന പിന്നിലേക്കു വലിക്കുന്നതാണ് ഗാനരചയിതാവിന്റെ കഴിവെന്നു ഭാസ്കരൻ മാഷ് പറഞ്ഞതോർമ്മ വരുന്നു. ആ മർമ്മം നിശിയുടെ പേനക്കു നന്നായറിയാം . പാകത്തിനു കണ്ണെഴുതിയ നീൾമിഴികൾ പോലെയുള്ള രചന :)
ഓർക്കസ്ട്രേഷനും ഉചിതം, യുക്തം. ഗായത്രിയുടെ ശബ്ദം ഇത്തരം നിസ്വാർത്ഥസംരംഭങ്ങളിലും കേൾക്കുന്നത് വലിയ, വലിയ സന്തോഷം :)
Excellent orchastration and rendition !! Rathish.. lovely singing...!! Fusion style is good.. overall a good creation!!
ഇവിടെ എന്തെഴുതണമെന്നു പിടിയില്ല. ഒരു പൂക്കാലമാണു കൊഴിഞ്ഞുപോയത്. പിൻവന്ന ശിശിരത്തിൽ ഇതളടർന്നു വീഴുന്ന ദലങ്ങൾ പോലെ നേർത്ത ഈ സംഗീതത്തിന്റെ ഉദകക്രിയയ്ക്കു മുന്നിൽ ശിരസ്സുനമിക്കുന്നു. നിശിയുടെ വരികൾക്കു മുന്നിലും ഗിത്താറിന്റെ നിതാന്തകാമുകനു ചേർന്ന സംഗീതമൊരുക്കിയ ബഹുവ്രീഹിക്കും നമസ്കാരം.

പ്രണയവും ഓണവും ഇഴചേർന്നു വരുന്ന ഒരു സുന്ദരഗാനം. രചന, സംഗീതം, ആലാപനം എല്ലാം വളരെ ഇഷ്ടമായി. വളരെ നാളുകൾക്കുശേഷം കേട്ടതാണ് ബഹുവിന്റെ ഒരു പാട്ട്..."കാതിൽ തേന്മഴയായ്" വന്നു വീണൂ ഈ പാട്ട്....നന്ദി...

ONLY CHINGAPPOOKALAVARNAM SONG is quite enough for the album.The lyricist and the composer is really lucky to get such a great singer like Ratheesh kumar with lovely voice,voice modulation,voice control,pitching and excellent presentation.
Good lyrics and excellent composing too.Wishing In ADVANCE to you all A HAPPY and PLEASENT ONAM.

ONLY CHINGAPPOOKALAVARNAM SONG is quite enough for the album.The lyricist and the composer is really lucky to get such a great singer like Ratheesh kumar with lovely voice,voice modulation,voice control,pitching and excellent presentation.
I was waiting to hear this song eagerly. Lovely rendition by both Murali & Urmila. Wonderful composition. But unfortunately, I couldn't understand what was the idea behind such an orchestration. It failed to connect to the lyrical composition.
@Bahuvetta & Nisiyettan - It was a very nice romantic composition with good lines.
@Rajesh & Gayathri - Nice rendition, both of you complimented each other.
I just felt that the orchestration reminded me of some other song at certain places
